To complete your membership enrollment, please fill out the linked forms and return to the Membership Coordinator at the Church office or the Welcome Table on Sundays.

   This provides additional information about you and how we can best serve you. The brief biography you submit is printed in our newsletter, Neighborhood News, so that the congregation can welcome you into our community and get to know you. Other information you provide becomes part of our Church database so that we can let you know about programs or opportunities that might interest you. All information remains confidential and is used only for Church purposes.
3. Sharing Your Gifts and Talents (download)
   To join Neighborhood Church as a member is to become an active part of our religious community. Actively participating in the Church community is a spiritual act that deepens your relationship and connection to others. Everyone has unique gifts of experience, ability, and wisdom to share. Please let us know how you might like to become involved.
