Electronic giving provides a number of benefits for the church and its members:
-
>A stable source of revenue for the church year round, despite vacations, illnesses, etc.
>By setting up recurring payments, members can remain faithful to their commitment to give even when they are not physically present at church.
>Electronic giving is better planned and more intentional, not limited by the cash in your pocket or whether you forgot your check book.
>It reduces the administrative process of receiving, counting, and depositing funds, thus freeing up staff and volunteers to focus on other ministries.
>Electronic transmissions are safer than paper checks: paper checks, which contain account and I.D. info, can be lost or stolen.
>Convenience, convenience, convenience.
- >Participate in automatic payroll deduction charitable giving programs offered by your employer.
>Set up scheduled giving through the "bill pay" programs offered by your bank or credit union.
>Participate in the church's electronic giving program.
If you would like to participate in the church's electronic giving program, getting started is simple: Just click below for an authorization form. Print out and complete the authorization form including your signature and mail it back to the church.
If you have any questions about the program or prefer to request an authorization by phone, please call Alyssa Bellew, Director of Administration at 626-449-3470 X 11. Electronic giving is a process that simplifies the lives of members, volunteers and staff. Most importantly, it provides a steady stream of income to advance the important work of this church. I hope you will join me and the rest of our members who give electronically. Thank you.
AUTHORIZATION FORM
*Due to processing fees of about 2.5% and the risk of members accumulating debt, we do not promote credit card usage. However, we provide the option since many members prefer that method of payment and participate in credit card points and rewards programs.
