UNION STATION
In the City of Pasadena alone, an
estimated 1,200 people are homeless on any given night. Of those, 58% are women and
children.
Neighborhood Church members have been involved preparing and serving meals at Union Station for 15 years. Teams of church members and friends gather to prepare and serve dinner on the second Monday and Friday of every month. During the summer, many other church members and families come together on Wednesday evenings to make sandwiches for the next day's lunch at Union Station. Neighborhood Church also provides support for the other services Union Station Foundation offers its clients through yearly monetary donations.
